About Winton House
Winton House has 36 single bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, televisions, telephone points, a care-call bell system and profiling beds for maximum comfort. Residents also have access to beautiful communal lounges, dining rooms – where all our chef-made, nutritionally-balanced meals are served – as well as a beautiful, secure landscaped garden with outdoor seating to be enjoyed.
We provide regular entertainment for Residents, including reminiscence therapy, musical, movement, flower-arranging, and art & crafts activities. We also arrange regular day-trips out for Residents who wish and are able to attend these. Previous trips have included meeting the animals at Odds Farm Park and boat trips, which were great days out.
In the warmer summer months, we utilise our lovely garden by organising a Summer Fair event for our Residents and the wider local community, which is always very well attended and enjoyed by all. As a registered charity, this event raises essential funds for The Abbeyfield Maidenhead Society Ltd to help us to provide the best services for our residents.

“This home is a home you should be proud of.” Relative of a Resident
“I wish to thank you all for looking after my mum with such care, kindness and professionalism during her stay with you before she sadly passed away. When she arrived with you she was a frail lady but with your care she got back to a picture of her old self and got up and about and made new friends in your wonderful home. I cannot thank you all enough you are all wonderful.” Relative of a Resident
“My brother and I would like to say a massive thank you to you all for all the love and care you gave our Dad. You made a very difficult time more bearable as he was at home with all of you rather than being in hospital. Winton House will forever have a place in my heart” Relative of a Resident
