🍂 Welcome to the Winton House September 2026 Newsletter 🍂
September has been another busy and enjoyable month at Winton House, with plenty of creativity, relaxation, delicious food and some very special visitors.
Residents enjoyed getting creative with flower arranging, colourful butterfly pictures and making poppies for both our Remembrance Day collage and the Windsor Poppy Community Display. There was also time to relax with a pampering foot spa and massage, while Barney brought plenty of smiles during another much-loved pet therapy visit.
We enjoyed a lovely trip to the Spencer Denney Centre for afternoon tea, music and dancing, while Chef Dave treated residents to not one but two cooking masterclasses this month. A particular highlight was a visit from Basil & Crew Farm, with residents getting the chance to meet and interact with ponies, goats, sheep, rabbits and more.
Looking ahead to October, we have another packed programme including pet therapy, flower arranging, a Harvest Festival with Rev Rosie, Halloween entertainment with Terry Gleed and Purple Robin arts and crafts.
