🎄 Welcome to the Winton House December 2025 Newsletter! 🎄
December has been a truly magical and festive month here at Winton House, filled with celebration, music, and togetherness. From an amazing Christmas Party with residents, friends, and family to a wonderful performance of Dick Whittington by Rah Rah Theatre, the festive spirit was well and truly alive throughout the home.
Our residents enjoyed a packed programme of seasonal activities, including festive arts and crafts with Purple Robin, flower arranging, lively karaoke afternoons, and plenty of music from talented performers such as Lucy Lou, Gary Allen, Paul Granger, and Katie. A special visit from Joyce Meyer Ministries Church brought beautiful Christmas songs and prayers, while our Christmas Service with Rev. Rosie, joined by children from Clewer Green First School, filled the home with warmth and joy.
There were lots of smiles during Elf Day, competitive fun during Boccia, cuddles with Barney the therapy dog, and a very special visit from Father Christmas, which delighted residents and staff alike. Christmas Day itself was a highlight, with presents shared among loved ones and a delicious traditional lunch prepared by our wonderful chef, Dave. The month ended in style with a cheerful New Year’s Eve celebration.
With an exciting programme of activities planned for January, there’s plenty to look forward to in the New Year.
